Upgrade Your Reflection: CRI 90+ Lighting and Our New 3000 Kelvin Light Color Option

Bathrooms rarely need just one kind of light. The same mirror that helps with a detailed morning grooming routine also has to work for late-night handwashing, bathtime, winding down, and everything in between. That’s why we’ve added 3000K to our mirror lineup with PureClear™ LED technology. Alongside our industry standard warm 2700K and daylight 4000K, our new 3000K natural light setting fills a need: lighting that looks balanced and true without feeling yellow or icy.

What “Light Temperature” Changes in Lighted Mirrors

Light color temperature refers to the color of the light. Kelvin (K) measures the color temperature of a light source, indicating whether it appears warm (yellowish), neutral, or cool (bluish). In a mirror, the tone of the light directly affects how skin, hair, and surroundings appear in reflection. Madeli understands this, so we usePureClear™ LEDs, and our lighted mirrors offer three temperature settings, giving the user control over their room and mood. This way,  the mirror can be set to match the task instead of having to settle for a single “close enough” setting for everything.

2700K Warm Mood Lighting

2700K is warm and calm. This tone has minimal sharpness that can make nighttime lighting feel harsh, and it creates a more relaxed look in the mirror. We love this setting when the goal is comfort. Examples include: skincare after a shower, contact removal, or any routine where softer contrast feels easier on the eyes.

3000K Natural Lighting

3000K is our newest addition, and we built it for daily realism. It sits between warm 2700K and crisp 4000K, so the reflection looks balanced, believable, and natural. For many bathrooms, this tone becomes the default: bright enough to feel clean and clear, but neutral enough that colors don’t skew overly warm. It’s especially useful for makeup and grooming where accuracy matters, but a full daylight tone can feel too intense. Most lighting in the bath space, such as ceiling fixtures, commonly comes in 3000K, making this setting a balanced and complementary choice.

4000K Daylight Task Lighting

4000K is our “get it right” setting. It’s a bright, daylight-style tone that supports precision grooming like shaving, brow shaping, applying eyeliner, or curling eyelashes. When the routine depends on seeing fine detail, this setting keeps the mirror crisp and task-ready.

How CRI 90+ Makes The Reflection Look More True

Another element that makes up the way your reflection looks in a mirror is the Color Rendering Index (CRI). Our PureClear™ LEDs are built with the highest quality, 90+ CRI light sources, which help colors look as accurate and consistent as possible. We take extra steps to make sure that Madeli mirrors never have that “something looks off” feeling. In other words, our mirrors don’t just feature more light; they offer better light for seeing real color.

Lumen Touch™ Controls Make Presets Easy to Use Every Day

Our Lumen Touch™ Sensor Technology Switch is what turns all of our light features into simple habits and functional routines. Lumen Touch™ controls let you dim your light to the perfect intensity, and a double tap on the light window lets you select 2700K warm mood lighting, 3000K natural lighting, or 4000K daylight task lighting.

Our mirrors come standard with independent touch switches that are discreet and easy to use.  This eliminates the need for wall dimmer switches and keeps installation and everyday use straightforward. Plus, with built-in digital memory, your Madeli mirror will save the last settings for ease of use, so it comes back to your favorite personalization settings each time.
