Why We Introduced Natural Oak and Natural Walnut
We brought in Natural Oak and Natural Walnut because customers kept asking for warmer wood tones, and they quickly proved to be a favorite among consumers. Since their launch in 2024, both finishes have been a huge success, and expanding availability to even more of our collections was the natural next step. These finishes deliver textured grain and natural variation, offering a material presence that reads clean and intentional, rather than decorative or overly-styled. Their strong reception and popularity confirmed what the market had already made clear: natural wood finishes belong in the modern bath.
Two Finishes, Two Distinct Design Moods
We designed Natural Oak (NO) to bring both brightness and warmth together. It pairs especially well with an airy, clean palette, allowing the authentic beauty of the wood to shine. Natural Walnut (NW) was imagined for projects that want a richer tone, that will anchor the room, and make surrounding details feel sharper and more poignant. While the finishes are different, both make the same clear statement: warmer bathrooms feel more natural and less stark.

At the end of 2025, Madeli released 16 new vanity collections. We made sure to include Natural Oak and Natural Walnut in several of our brand new pieces in the Transitional Collection, including Heirloom, Legend, Marquis, Peak, Echo, Homage, and Legacy. Each of these collections has its own design language, yet both finishes integrate seamlessly across their profiles and proportions. Madeli also added new Shaker Edition collections to our 2025 product rollout. This style showcases beautiful, yet balanced beveling on doors and drawers. The Natural Oak and Natural Walnut are also available on new Shaker Edition options for select Trendsitional™ vanities, including Renaissance-SE, Vision-SE, Edge-SE, and Profile-SE. The Shaker profile already provides a familiar silhouette, and our addition of these natural wood finishes brings the elements of warmth and depth.
