What the Program Includes
Eligible customers will receive an additional 10% discount on qualifying Madeli products purchased during the promotional period. The discount applies to product pricing only and does not include taxes, shipping, or additional fees. To ensure the program remains simple and consistent across participating showrooms, qualifying items must be current models using our most recently published pricing. Floor models, dealer displays, discontinued items, and previously discounted products are not eligible. These guidelines help keep the process transparent, predictable, and easy to apply at checkout.
Eligibility Requirements
The Madeli Wildfire Relief Program is available to end-user customers whose primary residence is located in Los Angeles County and was impacted by the 2024 wildfires.
To qualify, customers must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be purchasing as the homeowner/end user
- Provide qualifying documentation related to the affected residence

Program Timeline
The program will run from February 1, 2026, through December 31, 2027.

Required Documentation

- A copy of the original sales receipt or invoice
- A valid insurance claim showing the affected address
This allows eligibility to be verified quickly and consistently through participating showroom partners.
